Quality Assurance Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing or updating inspection procedures to ensure proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Suggesting solutions to identified deliverable problems and analyzing and investigating reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with the production team to achieve better results and monitoring risk-management procedures to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and metrics to Senior Management and overseeing continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design.

Job Description:

  • Planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Developing or updating inspection procedures to ensure we are moving with the trend, as well as proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Collaborating with the production team to achieve better results.
  • Overseeing continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ year experience in the promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain.
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages such as Asian Languages and European languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
