Job Title: Enterprise Software Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our enterprise software support team.

As a member of our global team, you will work with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the application support and services teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their expectations.
  • Ensuring early identification and reporting of product defects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Defining and implementing service delivery strategies to optimize efficiency and timeliness.
  • Driving business growth through new opportunities within existing accounts and seeking new clients.
  • Monitoring and facilitating team solutions for open issues.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring support is provided within agreed service level agreements.
  • Planning, communicating, and executing change requests throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Guiding and reviewing requirements documents for change requests.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Supporting contracts and SLA management.
  • Delivering remarkable customer experiences.
  • Engaging with customers to address dissatisfaction and drive corrective actions.
  • Managing and escalating critical customer issues.
  • Communicating progress and action plans among customers, escalation, engineering/development teams, and service managers.
  • Developing talent in the team aligning with business objectives.
  • Creating an innovative, open, and high-performing culture in the team.
  • Driving operational metrics and building process compliance.
  • Driving continuous improvement and active participation in initiatives.
  • Demonstrating ownership and making timely, thoughtful, and bold decisions.
