Job Overview

As an Educational Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners, providing expert guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inquiries and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and CRM tools to ensure timely communication with learners.
  • Understand learner needs and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing queries and building trust to enhance the learner experience.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records of interactions and conversions to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to gather feedback and optimize the lead generation process.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency preferred).
  • Passion for education and counseling is beneficial.
  • Confident, energetic, and driven personality with a learner-centric mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in EdTech, counseling, telesales, or student advisory roles are welcome.
