Event Production Specialist Job Description

As a skilled Event Production Specialist, you will lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to integrate new-age technology into event setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue selection, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver customized set and venue designs.
  • Maintain a database of trusted agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production services.
  • Coordinate with hotels and venues to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference and research.
  • Bring innovative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups, ensuring creative and engaging designs that exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest event production technologies and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact and engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events and meeting project deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology principles.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills to secure the best rates and services.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative aptitude with attention to detail and a passion for design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
