Data Management Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data management efforts. This role requires someone with extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge data management solutions.


About the Position

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in data management and leadership roles. They will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of our data management modules, overseeing data architecture and integration processes, and ensuring high-quality data storage solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data management solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve existing data management modules.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment with market trends.
  • Partner with QA to deliver industry-standard software quality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex data management projects.
  • Strong proficiency in big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka), SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with ETL and ELT tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Good understanding of product lifecycle planning.
