Job Title: Senior IC Ledger Analyst

Job Description:

The Team Lead- Intercompany Accounting will be responsible for handling the end-to-end IC process, managing a team of 3-4 members, and overseeing their day-to-day operations. They will review month-end activities performed by the IC team, including billing for IC transactions of US entities.

  • Review Global IC BS and P&L Variances and Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances
  • Post a top-side entry in Oracle FCCS for high-value variances that remain open at ME
  • Review BS reconciliation of IC GLs in detail, making sure all necessary backups are available and well documented and give feedback to team members with required action plan

As a key member of the IC team, the ideal candidate should have experience in handling intercompany accounting / IC ledger reviews / reconciliations, month end close experience, and transformation projects experience. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills, ability to influence, build successful relationships across the organization, flexibility, and multitasking skills.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of IC processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
