Medical Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for smart pill box solutions.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities to promote our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators to generate sales leads and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to doctors and pharmacists, showcasing the features and benefits of our smart pill box solutions.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the use of our products and how to integrate them into their practice or facility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and educational resources for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products related to medication adherence and smart pill box technology.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on a regular basis, detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Medical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Results-driven and able to meet sales targets.
