Job Description:

As a seasoned Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth and retention, and fostering strong relationships with our valued clients.

You will analyze data and insights to develop targeted marketing strategies, set goals, and track the success of our solutions. Your expertise in AI marketing solutions will enable you to identify, create, and implement effective marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.

Additionally, you will design metrics and measures to determine the ROI on our products, serve as an evangelist for our solutions, and educate clients on best practices. Your ability to effectively address customer satisfaction and manage diverse issues will be crucial in ensuring client loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer experience, including upselling/cross-selling and maintaining a high net promoter score.
  • Analyze data and insights to drive customer growth and marketing strategy.
  • Play a key role in goal setting and tracking the success of our solutions.
  • Act as an AI marketing solutions expert to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions.
  • Design metrics and measures to determine the ROI on our products.
  • Effectively address customer satisfaction and manage diverse issues.
  • Understand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption, and risk in renewing contracts.
  • Build thorough understanding of client's brand, business, customers, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop industry best practices, media strategies, and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Generate reports and present performance snapshots to internal stakeholders.
