Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paint Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Shift Supervision: Oversee paint shop activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure efficient production planning.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot surface preparation issues, and maintain paint product knowledge.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Ensure 5S practices, OHSAS compliance, and coordinate audits with FM Global and ISO-Quality systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in Paint Process Management: Monitor process parameters, control consumable consumption, and apply troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong Communication and Coordination: Collaborate effectively with teams, facilitate smooth operations, and manage interdepartmental relationships.
  • Production Planning and Capacity Planning: Develop plans to meet production demands, balance workload, and optimize resources.
  • Knowledge of Surface Preparation, Paint Products, and Applications: Possess a solid understanding of coatings, paints, and related processes.
