Arudra Engineers Pvt Ltd, Chennai is looking to build their Industrial coatings division with an enthusiastic sales team. We are currently looking for candidates with previous experience in selling Instrial products (preferably paints & coatings) to major Project Contractors and Users across India.

The ideal candidate will be required to have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in handling sales/dealing with Industrial sales in India. The work experience should also include references of servicing major project based clients from a range of industries particuarly across Power, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers & Chemicals and Water Treatment. They should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts and work deligently on approvals & vendor registration. In order to continue to generate revenue, this candidate should be able to uncover new client needs and find a way to add value to their business.

Responsibilities

· Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients

· Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, arranging services and ordering new product

· Generate new leads and tackle existing leads to contribute to business growth

· Assist Sales team with Marketing & Sales Reports and on-going Sales Meetings.

· Attend trade shows and relevant conferences.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of marketing & sales experience of industrial products for EPC contractors and end users.

· Experience in handling clients from heavy industries such as Marine, Pulp & Paper, Power, Cement, Oil & Gas and Chemical & Fertilizer Industry.

· Bachelor's degree.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office - Predominantly Word, Outlook & Microsoft Excel.

· Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills Strong understanding of full sales process.

· Knowledge of the design and operational requirements of rotating pumps, mechanical seals, and related equipment

Percentage of Travel Required – 70%-80% of business hours (Travel will be confined within India)
