Job Opportunity: Cluster Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Cluster Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local officials and dealers.
  • Source EV fleet customers through direct field work and market analysis.
  • Identify regional market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate region-wide rollout and partner onboarding.
  • Collaborate with partners on monthly sales planning and lead funnel management.
  • Manage soft and hard collections effectively.
  • Ensure alignment between the Region and pan-India retail vehicle finance reporting.

Requirements:

  • A proactive and independent individual with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to suggest innovative sales techniques and new services/products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Capacity to build and manage a new team.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to converse in local languages.
  • Hands-on approach with a go-getter attitude.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections with an NBFC.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for market engagement.
  • Vehicle finance experience, particularly in new or used commercial vehicles.
