Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Consultant.

The role involves performing Workday configurations using varied skillsets. Responsibilities include coaching and analyzing work for new employees, working on incorporating your work into the overall project, meeting with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with other colleagues in the team to design systems and perform tests.

  • Determine business requirements, develop recommendations, influence stakeholders to adopt an approach, and deliver results

  • Obtain product certification to guide Client financial teams through the best approach forward
  • Utilize your product knowledge to create solution designs that help customers achieve their goals

  • Deliver a defined scope of work, identify risks and issues, plan workload
  • Communicate regularly with the project manager about configuration changes, schedule, and status
  • Assist peers by reviewing their deliverables from time to time
  • Execute unit test cases to verify the changes done as part of the requirements
  • Debug and resolve any issues encountered during testing
  • Document the changes precisely for the benefit of the customer
  • Comply with the project and support processes as defined by the project manager
  • Help clients enhance their knowledge and skills to manage their own solutions

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
