Expertise in contract management is essential for this role, where professionals with 5-10 years of experience will be handling the drafting, reviewing, and vetting of IT, ITES, and technology contracts.

Key skills include direct negotiation with clients and business heads, as well as managing APAC as a region. The ideal candidate should be working in an in-house legal team of a technology company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT, ITES, and technology contracts
  • Reviewing and negotiating master service agreements, EPC, turnkey contracts, professional service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements
  • Handling government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and experienced in handling contracts with OEMs, service providers, sub-contractors – software license, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, manpower etc.
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders on contractual correspondence, amendments, or extensions of contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations to safeguard the interest of the company in contractual matters
