Senior Contract Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned contract professional to manage and negotiate high-value contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing and negotiating complex IT contracts, as well as experience in coordinating with procurement, business, and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate IT contracts with customers, including Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Rainmaker Agreements
  • Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for closure of transactions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the contracting process
  • Manage and provide guidance to junior lawyers on contract negotiation and management
  • Experience in negotiating IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation and management
  • Proven expertise in reviewing and negotiating IT contracts
  • Strong understanding of commercial and operational risks and exposures in contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Major experience in contract negotiation
  • Review and negotiate customer agreements
  • Providing legal support for ongoing contract management related activities
