Galley Management seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Chef de Partie.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all sections in both hot and cold kitchens, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a primary section of the Galley independently with minimal supervision
  • Preparing daily electronic food requisitions
  • Ensuring accurate merchandise in Galley stores
  • Upholding strict compliance with Public Health Policies and Company Regulations

The successful candidate will be responsible for suggesting improvements to the overall Galley team, identifying training needs, and addressing operational issues as they arise.

This critical role is fully supported by Middle Management across all areas and requires comprehensive knowledge of all sections in both hot and cold kitchens.

Key Requirements:

Knowledge of western/continental cuisine is essential for this role.

Job Overview:

The Chef de Partie acts as the key link between Galley Management and junior positions within the Galley operation. The role involves preparing daily electronic food requisitions, ensuring accurate merchandise in Galley stores, and upholding strict compliance with Public Health Policies and Company Regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
