Job Description

As a Site Civil Engineer, you will oversee the management and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This involves ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, supervising site activities, and monitoring progress.

  • Supervise and manage construction projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Monitor and report project updates, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  • Manage project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong technical skills in engineering, architecture, and construction management. You should have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication. Additionally, you must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.

  1. Technical Competencies: Knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Project.
  2. Non-Technical Competencies: Planning & Organizing, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Coaching & Mentoring, Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
