Job Overview

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for generating quality work packs, guided by the work orders, in alignment with the Planning and Scheduling Playbook standard, and ensuring all plans follow safety and reliability protocols.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops routine, corrective, and preventative maintenance plans by clearly identifying tasks needed by craft and contractors, access, equipment, and materials to complete the job safely and efficiently.
  • Improves the accuracy and quality of work plans based on feedback from the field, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborates closely with Area Teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evaluate and determine required scope of work, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Determines necessary resources, tools, services, and sequential steps that result in quality job packages per the requirements set in the Job Package Checklist.
  • Incorporates applicable quality control and assurance requirement steps as needed to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • Ability to navigate multiple programs at a rapid pace, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
