- Analyzing and resolving complex critical incidents in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Developing and implementing incident management processes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Providing timely updates and communication to stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing critical incidents and developing incident response plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and technologies.
