Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead our data integration initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop end-to-end data solutions, optimize workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain ETL/ELT Workflows: Utilize Informatica IICS to create efficient data integration processes.
  • Integrate Cloud-Based Solutions: Integrate IICS solutions with cloud-based platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery (GBQ).
  • Optimize Pipelines for Scalability and Performance: Enhance pipeline efficiency and capacity.
  • Develop Reusable Assets: Create reusable data mappings, task flows, and parameterized solutions.
  • Manage Deployments and Version Control: Oversee deployments, migrations, and version control of IICS assets.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
  • Perform Unit Testing and Debugging: Test and troubleshoot ETL jobs.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of ETL development experience, with 2–3 years in Informatica IICS.
  • SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with GCP and Google BigQuery.
  • Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging tools.
  • Integration Experience: Experience integrating data from on-prem, SaaS applications, and cloud data lakes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
