Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders, and Neurodevelopmental Delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide regular progress updates
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to design home-based intervention plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote client independence and participation in daily activities
- Mentor junior therapists through coaching, feedback, and group training sessions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance therapy outcomes
- Support organizational goals by engaging in workshops, outreach events, and community collaborations
Required Qualifications:
Master of Occupational Therapy degree, licensed, and certified in pediatric occupational therapy
At least 3 years of experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders, and Neurodevelopmental Delays
