We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our clinical team in a growing medical facility. This role is focused on precision IV infusion setup, pain-free patient experiences, and premium care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up IV lines with flawless technique — ensuring one-prick, pain-free insertions every time.
- Administer IV infusions, regenerative injectables, and supportive therapies per established protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals during treatments and provide immediate intervention if needed.
- Confidently manage patients with critical parameters when required.
- Provide post-procedure monitoring and be prepared for emergencies with ICU-level readiness.
- Operate patient monitoring systems and escalate concerns promptly to physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient charts, infusion logs, and medication records in electronic medical record systems.
- Follow strict infection control, patient safety, and compliant nursing protocols.
- Coordinate with physicians, clinical specialists, and front desk teams for seamless patient flow.
- Participate in skill-building workshops, mock drills, and continuous clinical training.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing with valid registration and 5–10 years of experience, including 3 years in ICU/critical care. Experience in pediatric or geriatric patient care is preferred. Mastery of IV cannulation and infusion therapy setup, as well as familiarity with patient monitoring, oxygen therapy, and emergency protocols, are essential.
