Senior Data Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Data Strategist to lead the development of our data strategy and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

  • This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, as well as experience working with large datasets and data warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a data strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
  • Design and implement data models and architectures to support business needs
  • Work with stakeholders to identify data requirements and develop data solutions
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
  • Strong background in data modeling, data visualization, and data warehousing
  • Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
  • Experience working with data governance frameworks and regulations
