
Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to manage business development activities by engaging with architects and developing strong dealer/distributor networks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Promote and present products for inclusion in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for the Architect and Dealer community.
- Track project pipelines through architects and follow through to conversion via channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.
- Manage existing dealer relationships to drive sales volume and product penetration.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in building materials or interior solutions.
- Proven experience in working with influencers (architects) and dealer/channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
