Electrification Test Engineer

We are seeking an Electrification Test Engineer to lead the testing and validation of Electric Vehicle (EV) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for EV powertrains, battery management systems, and motor controllers.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EV systems and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze data from various tools such as VBOX Racelogic, INFLUX Rexgen, CAN Loggers, and Vector CANoe to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement software and UI/UX verification procedures.
  • Conduct performance testing and root cause analysis to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and calibrate test tools and instruments according to industry standards.

Key Skills & Tools:

  • Data logging and testing tools: VBOX Racelogic, INFLUX Rexgen, Vector CANoe, CAN Loggers
  • EV systems knowledge: Powertrain, HV/LV architecture, BMS
  • Analysis and reporting: Strong documentation, problem-solving, and RCA abilities
  • Soft skills: Independent worker, collaborative team player, strong communication
