About our Quality Management Team:
We are a trusted healthcare brand catering to millions of patients annually. Our strong presence across India is driven by a team of over 20,000 employees and a network of more than 5,600 doctors.
The Role:
This role is crucial in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across the hospital. As a detail-oriented professional, you will oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, drive quality improvement projects and committees, develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful completion of audits and accreditation processes.
- Drive quality improvement projects and committees.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, and policies.
- Work closely with leadership teams to implement quality standards.
- Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with an MBA or MHA.
- 3–4 years of experience in a quality department, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of documentation management and data collection.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
