**Project Leader Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project management team in delivering projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.

As a Project Leader, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects, varying in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case. You will be responsible for successful project implementation using project management best practices and methodologies, managing project teams, building trusted client relationships, and interpreting commercial and contractual terms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement projects using project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external).
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project as per agreed terms & conditions of the contract.

**Requirements:**

  • Overall 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Worked in a reputable organization with software implementation experience in Project Management/Technical Delivery Management.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud , Originations , Customer Onboarding domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Willing to travel (20-30%).

**Desired Skills:**

  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with a strong prioritization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
