Our team is passionate about driving real change in the industry, and we're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical.

This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
