Housekeeping Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations to maintain impeccable cleanliness and aesthetic standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive operational excellence while delivering a seamless guest experience.

Key Relationships:

  • Reports to: Housekeeping Director/Unit Head
  • Interacts with: Guests, Vendors, Functional Heads, Supervisors, Staff, Support Functions

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement cleanliness, maintenance, and amenity standards to drive operational excellence and consistently superior guest experience.
  2. Develop and manage SOPs in collaboration with Corporate Housekeeper/Housekeeping Director.
  3. Create structured checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure quality control.
  4. Drive business results through effective budget management and cost discipline.
  5. Facilitate continuous training and development of the housekeeping team to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Conduct regular audits to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate from a hospitality or equivalent institute
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Housekeeping, with leadership exposure in hospitality
