You will play a pivotal role in building engaging learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization. You will be responsible for developing multimedia content for learning & development programs and creating learning assets using various tools and technologies, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and more.

Working in a dynamic team of professionals, you will support a wide range of programs that span both corporate and restaurant audiences globally. Collaboration, listening, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences at scale are essential skills for this role while working with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the content and design requirements.
  • Design user experiences using cutting-edge design principles and UI best practices.
  • Create mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the design team.
  • Demonstrate good file structure in artistic source, directory, and version management.

Graphics & Visual Design:

  • Evaluate all graphics and visuals against brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage templates for learning materials, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Develop images that engage a multi-cultural, multi-generation audience.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design with design software.
  • Experience operating in large corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn; self-starter.
