Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Designer to collaborate with our team in creating engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media. They will also support the visual development of training modules by providing assets and collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media
  • Supporting the visual development of training modules by providing assets
  • Collaborating with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals
  • Leveraging Articulate Storyline 360 to develop interactive eLearning modules
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in visual design
  • Familiarity with remote work models
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
