As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage all project-related activities ensuring timely execution and delivery.

You will maintain open communication with clients, providing them with regular updates on project progress and ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process. Effective coordination with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams is essential to achieving project goals.

Coordinate with external agencies and ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to meet project deadlines.
Foster collaboration and teamwork among project stakeholders by facilitating clear and effective communication channels.
Develop and implement comprehensive reporting systems to track project progress and outcomes.

Build and maintain professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing installation teams to safely execute work in accordance with design plans.

Work closely with functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in executing interior fitout projects Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to break down complex ideas and communicate effectively

Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to demonstrate aptitude Extreme attention to detail and commitment to quality Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality
