Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated reporting and dashboard analyst to support laboratory operations across global supply centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the BusinessObjects platform
  • Translate business and QC laboratory requirements into effective data models and reporting solutions
  • Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between LIMS systems and reporting platforms
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and support issue resolution
  • Work closely with global stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions across multiple geographies
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline laboratory data flows and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong documentation for solutions and system interfaces
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in reporting and dashboard development, with deep expertise in SAP BusinessObjects, BO Power BI, Microsoft Excel, advanced level
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, complex queries, procedures, views, performance tuning, Oracle Database, schema design, PL/SQL, performance optimization, Business Understanding
  • Laboratory instruments and LIMS systems Quality Control (QC) processes in labs
  • Laboratory data flows and data management best practices
  • Experience working in global teams across time zones and cultures
