Senior Human Resources Manager Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to lead our human resources operations, including administration, payroll, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR operations in a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and managing all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  2. Directing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
  3. Championing HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and maintain best-in-class standards.
  4. Ensuring full adherence to compliance and audit requirements.
  5. Overseeing employee relations and resolving grievances.
  6. Guiding management on implementing HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR processes.
  • Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and policy deployment.
