Job Description

Cultivate student success by leading a team of counselors, collaborating with mentors and editors, and personally guiding ambitious students in building distinctive profiles.

As a key player in shaping student journeys, you will oversee the entire undergraduate admissions process from onboarding to final university decisions.

  • Develop personalized student plans through subject selection, standardized testing, and long-term academic planning.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on application components including personal statements, SOPs, LORs, essays, resumes, and forms.
  • Mentor complex student cases offering direct support, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in any discipline preferably from the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
  • 3-5 years of experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in academic and admissions writing.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities managing multiple high-stakes student timelines.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive able to build trust with students and families.
