At Katerra Design, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Supervisor Construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction company's store and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, excellent organizational skills, and expertise in utilizing SAP software for inventory control and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all activities related to the store, including inventory control, material receiving, issuance, and stock maintenance.
  • Evaluate and implement efficient storage and retrieval systems for construction materials to optimize space utilization and ensure easy access to required items.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and forecast material needs.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on store activities, including consumption trends, stock discrepancies, and any operational issues, to assist in decision-making and process improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and identify trends.
  • Highest level of integrity and commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to established policies and procedures.

We offer an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is a full-time opportunity with benefits and opportunities for career growth.
