Picker

Job Summary: The Warehouse Picker & Packer plays a critical role in ensuring that inventory is accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment to customers or retail stores. This position involves working within a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate order preparation. The Picker & Packer is responsible for following all safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that the correct items are shipped to the right location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Picking: o Retrieve items from designated shelves and bins according to pick lists or order instructions. o Ensure accuracy in picking and match items with order details. o Verify product quality and quantity before packing.
- Packing: o Properly pack orders into boxes or containers, ensuring products are protected during transit. o Label boxes with the correct shipping information, including the customer address and order number. o Organize packed orders for staging or shipping.
- Inventory Management: o Assist in regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels. o Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory, damaged goods, or stock shortages to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹14,507.08 per month
