Job Description

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes, focusing on Oracle Demand, Supply Planning and Global Order Promising solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex supply chains, ensuring seamless planning and execution across multiple systems.

The selected individual will lead a team in collecting and analyzing data from various sources, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimized planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective supply chain planning strategies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
  • Utilize technical expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead Integrated Business Cycles and execute quarterly patching testing and validations.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members in resolving critical planning issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning & Global Order Promising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies, including data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data collections and integration between systems, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
