As a Duty Manager-Soft Services Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day service delivery in Accenture during your shift. You'll also be accountable for ensuring proper usage and functionality of technologies implemented on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide management advice on Helpdesk/Mailroom operations for escalated issues during your shift.
  • Ensure immediate response to all priority calls from employees and Siebel teams during your shift and follow escalation processes.
  • Clear government agency mail to the proper recipient.
  • Address accident or crisis management immediately.
  • Provide management advice for Front Office operations for escalated issues during your shift.
  • Ensure immediate response to all priority calls during your shift and follow escalation processes.
  • Take rounds of the front office, lobby area, rest rooms to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.
  • Attend shift briefings.
  • Ensure security muster, deployment, and acknowledgment on the register for any penalties/comments for improvement in security services.
  • Update the security assignment manager or security in-charge of the facility on client/VIP visits.
  • Discuss and assist Facility Manager and Security Manager (pan India) on monthly basis on vendor performance matrix.
  • Ensure security staff adheres to GAP norms.
  • Manage overall key room, clock room, and time office operations.
  • Ensure weekly training is imparted and staff grooming standards are maintained.
  • Ensure VMT tool (vendor management tool) is up and running all the time.
  • Ensure all registers/tools update for material movements (In & Out) on a daily basis.
  • Follow escalation matrix if anything goes wrong.
  • Ensure EHS practices (PPEs etc.) are implemented and enforced in and around security premises.
  • Update new assets in asset trackers and inform relevant stakeholders (WM & CEs).
  • Ensure necessary approvals are taken by builder teams on a case-by-case basis during specific events.
  • Coordinate with builders on guarding services and common area upkeep daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Coordinate with builder security for logistics requirements.
  • Coordinate with builder for pest control activity closure.
  • Take proper rounds in all common areas maintained by builders.
  • Coordinate with builder HK teams and ensure daily HK activities are in place in common areas.
  • Make snag reports pertaining to common areas and follow up for closure.
  • Coordinate with builder security teams for any logistics requirements.
  • Ensure upkeep of breakout area & reprographic equipment's at all times and take necessary actions as required.
  • Ensure all communication is entered in the duty manager log book to inform the next shift person. Proper handover and takeover to be done.
  • Go for a facility walk-around and ensure Walk-around Map & Guide is followed and maintained.
  • Adhere to Accenture Policies, Processes & procedures and also statutory documents.
  • Adhere to Accenture SLA & KPI as agreed with JLL.
  • Assist Facility Manager in all such ISO, Internal, External audits that happen at Accenture and ensure necessary documentation is done.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for any issues that need help.
  • Organize induction programs for all TPV & JLL staff.
  • Plan & train TPV staff on Accenture policies and requirements.
  • Daily and monthly updating of OLA in SMDRS tools.
  • Important and VIP client visits to be coordinated with Events teams and managed without escalations.
  • Have complete knowledge & functionality e.Fit tools (VMT, IMT, Site Ops. Site Inspection tool), BGC, and Work Permit Tool.
  • Govern overall pest control, carpet maintenance, Wellness Room, Ambulance, Indoor plants, Recreation room, and Gym activities.
  • Conduct all scheduled meetings and focus meets with projects as per calendar.
  • Participate and manage half-yearly fire drills.
  • All daily, weekly, and monthly reports to be shared on time.
  • All relevant checklists to be governed and maintained as per requirement.
  • Adept to all new implemented initiatives.
  • Handle security, EHS incidents on priority and communicate as per escalation matrix.
  • Answer employee queries on phone and reply mails.
  • Follow escalation process & matrix for any incident/issues (100%).
