Job Overview

As a Fiber Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing fiber networks that meet the requirements of our clients.

  • You will be responsible for performing all aspects of OSP engineering for fiber projects, ensuring that they are completed according to requirements and guidelines.
  • Designing and drafting fiber networks with optimal routes through feasibility analysis.
  • Collaborating with customer systems to produce cost-effective engineering designs for the construction team.
  • Ensuring quality products are delivered, minimizing the need for multiple quality checks.
  • Timely identifying and raising queries and concerns related to the project.
Key Requirements
  • Critical Experience: Minimum 1-4 years of experience in fiber network design engineering in ASE, F2, Green Field/DFIB, F1/F3 scope of work.
  • Preferred experience with AT&T and added advantage if experience of LUMEN, Google Fiber etc.
  • Experience working tools: Aramis, AutoCad, IQGEO, Any GIS tool, Waldo, Osmose O-calc.
  • Credentials: B.Tech in any Engineering or equivalent.
