Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Construction Director to spearhead the execution of complex construction projects.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site assessments to monitor progress and maintain quality control standards.
  • Manage procurement logistics for construction materials and oversee vendor performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven knowledge of civil, MEP, interior fit-out, and finishing works.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.
