Senior Drilling Trainer

We are seeking a highly experienced instructor to deliver IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses onsite and virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses
  • Maintain Oil & Gas course materials
  • Develop Oil & Gas courses / SIM snaps as per client requirements
  • Customize Oil & Gas courses / SIM snaps as per client requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in delivering IWCF WC and IADC WS courses and hold the following certificates:

  • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate

Skills and Qualifications

  • Driven to design and develop new training programs and modify existing curriculum to meet the needs of participants.
  • Skilled in delivering key points of information to a diverse group of people.
  • Helps participants obtain the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Develops interpersonal skills while offering a complete thorough lesson plan.
  • Highly organized Job Specialist Trainer successful at managing people and time.
  • Offers prompt feedback on training assessments, participant behavior and overall effectiveness of each training session.
  • Must be highly self-driven and result-oriented.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • A structured way of working, showing attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
