Lead Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Visual Designer to join our team and take charge of our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

  • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Guide and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and inspire innovative creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in all relevant software and tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, preferably using After Effects.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A creative storyteller with high emotional intelligence.
