Lead AI Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Lead AI Solutions Consultant to shape and deliver high-impact Generative AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will engage with clients to understand their business challenges and lead ideation and design of innovative GenAI solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success. You will also lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solution Leadership: Engage with clients to understand business challenges and lead ideation and design of innovative GenAI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services.

Availability:

  • 5 - 8 hours overlap with EST
  • Immediate or up to 1-2 weeks notice
  • Open to short-term projects
