Civil Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects meet quality standards.

  • Manage and coordinate activities of workers engaged in covering roofs with roofing materials.
  • Schedule work and assign duties to staff.
  • Demonstrate techniques of applying various types of roofing material to new team members.
  • Inspect work in progress and when completed to determine conformance to specifications.
  • Assist with quoting and invoicing processes.
  • Order and arrange delivery of necessary materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service.
  • Be flexible to visit sites at different locations.
  • Foster strong communication skills, written and oral, to collaborate effectively with professionals such as construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, and other engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
  • Nurture positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and codes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
