Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper. This is a full-time remote position offering excellent growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Inventory management tools (SKU Vault), and Shipstation.
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconciling vendor accounts.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing estimates, invoices, credit memos, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Additional duties will include calculating, reporting, and remitting sales taxes and royalties, performing general accrual accounting tasks, monitoring budgets and cash flow to ensure financial stability, and generating periodic financial reports.
The qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficient with accounting practices.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
