Job Overview:

The role of NetSuite Quality Analyst is critical to ensuring the quality and accuracy of our integrations. Key responsibilities include designing, creating, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, scripts, and plans.

This involves performing end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations, automating regression tests for key eCommerce workflows, and building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, or similar.

Additionally, this position entails validating API integrations, logging and tracking issues in defect tracking systems, and collaborating closely with the development team for resolution.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in QA/testing roles, with a mix of manual and automation testing, as well as experience working with NetSuite and understanding of core ERP/eCommerce flows.

A solid knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks, experience writing and maintaining automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are also required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams, are essential for success in this role.

Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of load/performance testing tools, and ISTQB or similar QA certification are highly desirable.
