Lead AI Engineer for Next-Generation Finance Technology

At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation finance technology. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and building the core AI platform that powers finance and accounting solutions.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and productionize large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents
  • Define and enforce best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer teams to translate finance use cases into robust, scalable solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience building backend services in Python, Node.js, or similar
  • Deep experience and intuition with LLMs
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques
  • Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases
