
Health Insurance Sales Executive

Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced insurance sales professional to drive growth through agent recruitment, training, and performance management in a competitive insurance landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a network of sales agents.
- Set sales objectives, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Provide structured training sessions, ongoing mentorship, and skill development programs for agents.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term retention and growth.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain knowledge of health insurance products, competitors, and industry trends.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in health insurance sales, preferably with hands-on agent recruitment and management.
- Solid understanding of insurance policies, health products, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong ability to design and execute sales strategies, achieve targets, and expand distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English; regional language skills are an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
