Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer with expertise in Webflow to drive user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while managing public-facing websites built on Webflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end design solutions from concept to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
  • Conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma for consistency and scalability.
  • Design, build, manage, and optimize company websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance and user experience.
  • Architect and implement complex component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage Webflow's CMS for various content types, ensuring ease of use for marketing teams.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.
  • Serve as the in-house Webflow expert, providing guidance and support to the team.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex components and dynamic content.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
