Transforming Learning Experiences:

A key opportunity has arisen for a Graphics Designer to join our organization. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that drive behavior change across the business.

Key responsibilities include designing engaging multimedia content for learning & development programs, creating learning assets using various tools and technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled visual communicator who can translate complex concepts into clear and visually compelling stories. They will have a strong understanding of design principles and UI best practices, as well as experience working with a range of design tools and technologies.

Responsibilities will also include ensuring all graphics and visuals adhere to our branding guidelines and maintaining consistency across all materials.

  • Develop course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on content and design requirements.
  • Design user experiences using cutting-edge design principles and UI best practices.
  • Create mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the design team.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear and visually compelling stories using creative design techniques.
  • Design and develop engaging content and interfaces for games, simulations, communications, marketing assets, and more.
  • Ensure all graphics and visuals adhere to our branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
